We’re looking for a proactive and supportive Dispatch Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in being organised, and values collaboration. You’ll play a key part in making sure our products and services reach customers smoothly and efficiently, while working alongside teams who care deeply about what they do.
Responsibilities
- Picking orders, wrapping and boxing parcels and pallets, preparing orders for dispatch.
- Processing returns, connecting hardware, and using our WHS systems.
- Restocking, rotating, and managing stock levels.
- Performing stocktakes and keeping everything organised.
- Assisting in maintaining and organising the warehouse.
- Handling incoming and outgoing orders efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Forklift licence (preferred, not essential).
- Basic computer skills.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Experience with inwards and outwards goods.
- Strong communication and written skills.
- Interest in the telco industry.
- Ability to work with a diverse team.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and communicate well, work independently and as part of a team, learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Commitment to helping people, strong ethics, maturity, friendliness, and willingness to work.
