The Role
Opportunity to work alongside a high-performing sales agent
Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients
Conducting buyer enquiries, follow-ups and negotiations
Attending open homes, inspections and client appointments
Working alongside an ambitious and results-driven team
Monthly Inspire seminars, coaching and ongoing training

About You
Previous sales experience is essential
Confident, outgoing and comfortable approaching new people
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
Competitive, goal-oriented and driven by results
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn, take initiative and work in a team environment
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle essential
