We’re seeking an experienced Health Information Manager / Clinical Coder to join our national team. You’ll use your advanced coding expertise across a complex casemix, while supporting audit, documentation improvement and coding quality initiatives. The Position: In this role, you’ll be part of our national coding team, coding patient separations across multiple clients using your advanced knowledge of 13th Edition ICD-10-AM, ACHI and Australian Coding Standards. This role suits a senior coder who is organised, detail-focused and confident working autonomously in a collaborative team.
What You’ll Bring:
- A qualification in Health Information Management or clinical coding
- Advanced knowledge of ICD-10-AM, ACHI and Australian Coding Standards
- At least 3 years of clinical coding experience across broad and complex casemixes
- Experience supporting coding quality, audit and documentation improvement initiatives
- Strong communication, judgement and time management skills
