Ausco Modular in Mackay is seeking a hands-on Leading Hand to prepare and refurbish modular buildings for hire, ensuring high presentation and customer satisfaction.
The role is permanent full-time with a Monday–Friday roster (6am–2:30pm) and a pay rate of $56.10 per hour, including allowances, plus Super and a 5% Short Term Incentive Plan.
You will lead a small team to perform repairs, coordinate deliveries, maintain records, and support safe, efficient operations on-site.
