Ausco Modular is seeking a hands-on Leading Hand in Mackay to oversee the refurbishment and maintenance of modular buildings for hire.
You will lead a small team, allocate daily tasks, conduct pre-starts, and ensure safety, quality and timely delivery of work.
You will coordinate repairs and upgrades on hire modules, operate forklifts, and manage records and stock movements while providing coaching and development to your team.
Strong safety focus and independence are essential.
