Join Aurora Veterinary Pathology as a Laboratory Assistant and play a vital role in delivering high-quality veterinary diagnostic services to our valued clients. You’ll work in a busy, collaborative team committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Specimen reception and accurate data entry.
- Preparing specimens for analysis and referral testing.
- Managing client queries and courier bookings
- Supporting efficient laboratory workflow and timely service delivery.
About you:
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (or equivalent) and/or relevant laboratory experience.
- Exceptional data entry skills with demonstrated speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Commitment to quality, teamwork and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Be available to work 10:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday as required, with occasional Saturday shifts
- 8:00 – 16:00.
