- Improve and optimise people systems, including Aurion, ELMO and Elumina.
- Support payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Configure and enhance systems for better performance and user experience.
- Streamline processes across payroll and HR.
- Provide practical, consistent advice to leaders on people matters.
Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, including configuration, upgrades and backend administration (Aurion and/or ELMO highly regarded).
- Solid exposure to payroll processing and compliance, including STP, PAYG and Work Cover.
- Confidence working with data, systems and reporting to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- High level of accuracy, with the ability to work independently and within clear frameworks.
