Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee Operations, Metallurgy, Laboratory and Plant Maintenance, guiding a ~60-person team and driving safety, reliability and cost performance.
You will lead planning, budgeting and major expansion projects, collaborate with Mining, Technical Services and Projects, and shape the site leadership culture to deliver sustainable growth.
