Aurecon Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner based in Townsville or Mackay to lead end-to-end recruitment across regional Queensland offices. You will hire across engineering and professional disciplines, support graduate and intern recruitment, and build relationships with universities and local leaders.
You will use ATS and data-driven tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience, travel regionally as needed, and collaborate with the Queensland TA team to shape.
