The Opportunity
- Design and build secure, scalable, high-performance digital applications.
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI and engineering teams to create outstanding customer experiences.
- Develop modern APIs, microservices and cloud-native solutions.
- Contribute to platform modernisation, technical design and engineering best practices.
- Take ownership of your solutions from development through to production.
- Drive innovation, simplify complex systems and continuously improve digital experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Strong software engineering experience building modern, customer-facing applications.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js and/or C#/.NET.
- Cloud experience across GCP, AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of microservices, APIs, distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, CI/CD and automated testing.
- A genuine passion for product development, customer experience and engineering excellence.
- Someone who thinks beyond the code, challenges the status quo and takes ownership of customer outcomes.
