What We're Looking For
- Significant engineering leadership experience within large-scale consumer technology or digital product organisations.
- A proven record of transforming engineering cultures to become more product-focused and customer-driven.
- Experience delivering exceptional digital experiences across high-volume consumer platforms.
- Demonstrated success leading organisational change, scaling teams and developing engineering leaders.
- Strong commercial and product thinking, with the ability to connect engineering investment to customer and business outcomes.
- Experience partnering with executive Product and Design leaders to shape digital strategy.
- A passion for challenging conventional thinking and building engineering organisations that consistently deliver outstanding products.
