Aura by Aska is a nurse-led skin and aesthetics clinic in Glenorie. We’re looking for an experienced Dermal Therapist or Aesthetic Nurse to join our close-knit team in a full-time role.
You’ll provide personalised consultations and skin treatments, helping clients choose appropriate options for their concerns and supporting them throughout their treatment journey.
The role includes:
- Conducting consultations and pre-treatment assessments
- Developing tailored treatment plans and skincare recommendations
- Performing skin and laser/IPL treatments
- Taking medical histories, documenting clinical notes, obtaining informed consent and providing aftercare
- Maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene and infection control
- Helping with bookings, client follow-up, stock and general clinic organisation
We welcome applications from experienced Dermal Therapists and Aesthetic Nurses. Dermal Therapist applicants should hold a recognised beauty or dermal qualification. Aesthetic Nurse applicants should have current AHPRA registration and relevant aesthetics experience.
All applicants should have at least two years’ hands‑on skin and laser/IPL experience and a current Laser Safety Certificate. You’ll need to be available to work Saturdays and one late evening each week. Experience with HydraFacial, peels, skin needling, IPL/laser, RF, HIFU or LED is highly regarded.
For the Dermal Therapist position, the hourly rate is $37–$50, plus superannuation and 5% commission on skincare sales. Aesthetic Nurse remuneration will be discussed based on qualifications and experience.
