Audika is seeking a Client Services Officer to support Audika Hearing Clinics in Hurstville and Burwood. This permanent full-time role (1 FTE) operates Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with no weekend shifts.
You will manage front desk operations, appointments, and customer enquiries while collaborating with clinicians and technicians to deliver quality hearing care. Ideal candidates bring admin or customer service experience, strong communication, empathy and the ability to drive clinic activity.
