Audika Australia is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join the Customer Growth Team.
You'll engage with customers, convert inquiries to appointments, and deliver compassionate care.
This permanent, full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with one fortnightly NZ shift, and offers a hybrid work model after training and probation.
After probation, you can work from home up to two days per week.
