You will lead the technical product strategy and operational outcomes for a suite of operations applications. Working closely with business product leaders, analysts, developers, architects and risk and security teams, you will help deliver secure, reliable and scalable production services. This role suits someone who enjoys balancing product direction, technical delivery and operational ownership.

We will count on you to:

  • Own the roadmap and backlog for assigned applications, prioritising feature delivery, technical debt, reliability, security and integration work.
  • Develop and maintain security and risk roadmaps that align product decisions with enterprise security standards and remediation priorities.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, technical requirements and acceptance criteria, and work closely with analysts and developers to refine delivery approaches.
  • Lead technical design discussions with architects and development teams, scope proofs of concept and validate target-state architectures.
  • Coordinate releases and readiness checks, and lead post-release reviews with a focus on secure deployments, rollback plans and automated verification.
  • Own production operations for assigned services, including incident coordination, root cause analysis, runbooks, automation of repetitive tasks and preventative measures.

What you need to have:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience, along with experience in technical product management, technical ownership or senior delivery roles.
  • Proven experience working with Agile delivery methods, backlog management, story writing and acceptance criteria.
  • Practical knowledge of identity and access management, including Okta, SSO, OAuth and OIDC.
  • Experience embedding security into delivery, including threat and risk assessments, automated security testing, secrets management and secure deployment practices.

What makes you stand out:

  • Hands-on product ownership experience with Adobe Experience Manager authoring and related Adobe stack components such as Adobe Target and Adobe Launch.
  • Experience reading and discussing code and architecture with developers.
  • Capability in observability and monitoring tools, using telemetry to improve reliability, performance and security posture.

Why join our team:

  • We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
  • We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
  • Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.
