Strengthen stakeholder relationships and customer outcomes: Develop trusted relationships across CBS and with tenants, landlords, agents, government agencies, industry and advocacy groups and other stakeholders.

Drive improvement and service innovation: Use performance data, customer feedback and operational trends to identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and service practices.

Our ideal candidate

will be an accomplished people leader who can balance strategic priorities with the realities of a large, busy, customer‑facing operational environment. You know how to set direction, build capable teams, lift performance and create a culture where accountability and high service standards go hand in hand.

You will bring sound judgement and credibility to steer complex legislative, financial or policy matters. You will have the ability to look beyond the immediate issue to spot patterns and turn performance data, insights and stakeholder feedback into practical improvements and smarter ways of working.
