ATS Rehab is seeking a warm and organised part-time Allied Health Receptionist to join our growing team in Brisbane 3 to 4 days a week. While our main office is located in Greenslopes, this role will primarily be based at our Springfield and Greenslopes locations. As a multi-location practice, occasional coverage at our Beenleigh and Chermside offices will also be required. You will play a crucial role in our practice by delivering outstanding customer service and providing essential administrative support to both our allied health practitioners and patients.
Key responsibilities
- Warmly and professionally welcome patients upon arrival
- Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Support financial processes, including billing and invoicing
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
- Ensure reception and patient waiting areas are clean, tidy, and well-organised
- Provide general administrative assistance to the allied health team
- Handle opening and closing responsibilities (standard office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
About you
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally within a healthcare or medical environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer software, experience with practice management systems (particularly Cliniko) is preferred
- Ability to maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy
- A warm, friendly, and helpful attitude with a genuine dedication to patient care
- Full working rights in Australia with no restrictions
- Flexible work arrangements (3–4 days/week, open to negotiation)
