Atom Resources is currently working with a respected commercial fit-out contractor seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to support a strong pipeline of upcoming tenders and negotiated projects across Sydney. This opportunity will suit an estimator with proven experience pricing commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects who can confidently manage tenders from initial enquiry through to submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of accurate cost plans and estimates
- Tender pricing and submission management
- Review of drawings, specifications and project documentation
- Obtaining and analysing subcontractor pricing
- Identifying project risks and value engineering opportunities
- Working closely with delivery teams throughout pre-construction
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Senior Estimator
- Commercial fit-out and refurbishment experience
- Strong understanding of local subcontractor markets
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
- Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
