- We are seeking a
- Senior Data Engineering Manager to join the
Enterprise Data Engineering organization .
In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of engineers focused on designing, building, and scaling foundational analytical data products that power decision-making across the company.
You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define data strategies, improve data quality and reliability, and deliver reusable data models, pipelines, and platforms that enable analytics at scale.
This is a critical leadership role at the intersection of data architecture, engineering excellence, and business impact.
- On Your First Day, We\'ll Expect You To Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field; 6-8+ years of experience as an individual contributor in a Data Engineering or related Software Engineering role.
- 4+ years of experience managing data or related software teams.
- Track record delivering large, complex projects across multiple teams.
- Strong communication and cross-team relationship skills.
- Experience with large-scale, high-performance data processing systems (batch and streaming) with a “Streaming First” mindset.
- People management skills leading agile data or software teams; passion for grooming talent.
- Drive for technical excellence, innovation, and quality.
- Experience with public cloud offerings (AWS, Dynamo DB, Elasticsearch, S3, Databricks, Spark/Spark-Streaming).
- We\'d be excited if you have
- Experience with Python or another high-level language.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience with Tableau or other reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of experimentation.
