Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery.
- Supervising, training and coordinating front-of-house staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Coordinating staff rosters, shift allocations and daily staffing requirements.

- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety and applicable liquor licensing requirements.
