My client is a multi-generation Australian family business is looking for a Finance Manager to own its finance function.
The business designs, imports and distributes clothing products - operating across wholesale, multi-site retail, concession, and a growing e-commerce channel.
This is a genuine opportunity to come in, establish a clean baseline, and become a trusted long-term partner to a close-knit leadership team.
The office is small - eight people in head office.
The culture is warm, unpretentious, and relationship-driven.
They're not looking for a corporate operator.
They're looking for someone who is technically sharp and equally can work within a family business dynamic.

- Friday work from home β four days in the office, Monday to Thursday

- WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience with an inventory management system in a product-based or wholesale business β Cin7, DEAR, AP21, Unleashed, or similar.
Any platform.
The concept is what counts.
This is a non-negotiable.

- Background in wholesale, retail, or importing β solid understanding of COGS, landed costs, and multi-channel operations.
- Exposure to debtor or invoice finance facilities.
- Small business or family business background - you've worked in a close-knit environment, you understand the pace and the culture, and you thrive in it.
