You will lead budgeting and forecasting for your portfolio, deliver deep commercial insights, support strategic decision‐making, and champion improvements across financial processes and governance.

About You
You bring technical strength, commercial acumen and the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
You enjoy translating complex financial data into insights that shape business direction and drive performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with CPA/CA accreditation.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in FP&A, management accounting, or a similar commercial finance role within a dynamic, for‐profit environment.
- Strong analytical and commercial capability, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and the ability to identify risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.
- High technical proficiency across Excel, Power Point, Power BI, and experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, EPM, or SAP.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‐engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and uplift financial literacy across the business.
- Experience within the energy sector, including an understanding of regulatory frameworks and commercial dynamics.
- Strong understanding of capital project accounting, WIP, and fixed‐asset processes
