We're seeking an experienced Tax & Business Services Manager or Senior Manager to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to step into a genuine leadership role where you'll work closely with Partners, manage key client relationships, mentor and develop team members, and contribute to the continued growth of the firm. Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with a partner and assist in the supervision and training of other team members
- Review Financial Statements, Tax Returns and Business Activity Statements for Individuals, Partnerships, Trusts and Companies in a wide range of industries
- Build and manage client relationships to provide support and create solutions for their business, taxation, and accounting requirements
- Prepare, review, and analyse Management Financial Statements
- Prepare and review year-end tax planning reports to present to clients
- Mentor, coach and develop junior team members
About You
You are an experienced public practice accountant seeking a role that offers greater responsibility, meaningful client relationships and a clear pathway for long-term career growth.
You will bring:
- 6+ years' experience in public practice accounting
- CA or CPA qualification (or near completion)
- Strong technical taxation knowledge across individuals, trusts, companies and groups
- Experience reviewing compliance work and managing client portfolios
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Xero, MYOB and Microsoft Office
- A proactive mindset and genuine interest in advisory services and emerging technology
