We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee end-to-end business processes, ensuring seamless operations and actively contributing to the creation and maintenance of efficient workflows.
About the job;
Oversee end-to-end business processes.
Ensure seamless operations and actively contribute to the creation and maintenance of efficient workflows.
Give direction to remote staff on daily duties
Create quotes and/or Sales Orders on ERP System (MYOB Advanced)
Creating Purchase Orders and liaising with suppliers for back orders.
Ensuring Inventory is maintained as well as office supplies.
Liaise with branding department to ensure customers requirements are met
Customer service including making recommendations and selling.
Point of Sale operation (training provided).
Answering telephones.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Assisting in other areas of the business when needed.
About you;
Previous experience within Industrial/workwear/PPE industry is preferable, but not essential.
5 year+ experience in Office Administration, Internal sales & purchasing is essential.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Positive attitude, personality, energy and charisma.
A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
Strong people and communication skills - including in-person, email and telephone.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, 8.00am - 4.00pm, 5 days a week, permanent position.
