The Role
We are seeking a passionate Senior Associate to join our team in either our Melbourne CBD or Dandenong office. In this role you will manage a diverse caseload of matters in the areas of Family Law*, including:
- Child custody & parenting arrangements
- Child support and binding child support agreements
- Spousal maintenance & financial agreements
- Property settlements
- Family violence intervention orders
*Experience in the area of Wills and Estates will be advantageous.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications: LLB or JD, Victorian PC, admission to the SCV & HCA, and 5+ years of experience
Skills: Strong drafting, litigation, negotiation, and advocacy abilities
Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused with excellent communication skills
