The Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) is seeking a Head of Transformation to lead a new enterprise transformation office in Australia. You will bring together strategic initiatives, project delivery, change management and continuous improvement into one coordinated program of work.
You'll work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to translate strategy into execution, provide independent advice, and ensure priorities are sequenced, governed and delivered with balance.
