Homage is seeking a senior leader to own care operations, governance, and quality across NDIS and Support at Home. You will lead a five-person Service Coordinator team, shape compliance and rostering standards, and drive measurable improvements in care delivery while partnering with a growing network.
You will report to the CEO, bridging clinical standards with operational systems, and work within a hybrid Melbourne setup to scale care quality nationally.
