Adbri is seeking a Manager – P&C Services to design, establish and lead a modern HR shared services model at enterprise scale, improving employee and leader experience, strengthening governance and controls, and delivering efficient, scalable support across the employee lifecycle.
You will build the roadmap, structure and capability to stand up the function over a minimum three-year horizon, leading a team and partnering with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Industrial Relations.
