This is a well-organised, well-maintained portfolio with established processes, strong systems and long-term clients, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service rather than constantly putting out fires.
You'll be responsible for landlord and tenant relationships, portfolio performance and day-to-day management, while all out of office tasks are taken care of by your Assistant PM.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years Property Management experience
