Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager — TC's/Gaming to drive the full operational and commercial performance of TC's. You will lead bar and gaming revenue, promotions, and compliance, while developing a high-performing team within the hotel's F&B operations.
You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage and shape menus, standards, and venue activations in a luxury hospitality environment on the Gold Coast.
