These are genuine opportunities to join high-quality services where strong leadership, meaningful support and positive outcomes truly matter.
The positions would suit confident and experienced Centre Directors who are passionate about leading teams, driving performance and creating positive, high-quality environments for children, families and educators.
I would also love to hear from highly experienced Assistant Directors who have spent at least three years in a 2IC position and feel ready to take the next step in their leadership career.
Each service is supported by a strong leadership structure, including dedicated operational support and an experienced 2IC, allowing you to focus on what you do best - leading your team and your service to continued success.

About you
Minimum one year of experience as a Centre Director; or At least three years of experience as an Assistant Director and ready to step up in a long daycare environment
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher
Proven ability to lead, support and develop high-performing teams
Strong understanding of compliance, operations and quality frameworks
Passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes and building a positive team culture
