The Opportunity
As a result of internal promotion, a opportunity has become available for a Deputy Head of Campus to join our Tribe at the Caloundra Campus on a permanent, full-time basis, with the successful candidate commencing on Monday 18 January 2027 (Term 1 2027).
Key Responsibilities
Focus on curriculum management and supporting the Head of Campus to lead stability, excellence and student re-engagement.
Create and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment with high expectations.
Ensure campus compliance with educational standards and college policies.
Drive student re-engagement through inclusive, student-centred practices.
Key Requirements
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor of Education as a minimum requirement, with postgraduate qualifications in leadership or management highly regarded.
You will be highly relational, demonstrating a genuine interest in developing meaningful relationships with young people while upkeeping the key structures of the school.

It is a requirement of this role that you hold current teacher registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
