SPL Security Solutions is seeking an experienced Snr HR / OHS Coordinator to join our Bundall Head Office on the Gold Coast. You will manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, acting as a partner to the COO to support business success and an engaged culture.
You will own HR and OHS activities, provide guidance to managers, oversee learning and development, drive recruitment, implement policies, and ensure compliance with modern awards and acts while supporting safety.
