KickAssis is seeking an experienced multi-site retail leader to drive profitable growth across our national network of 12 stores. Reporting to the COO, you will lead senior store leaders, set performance targets and ensure standards across all locations.
You will own budgeting, forecasting and P&L management, coach leaders in customer experience and training, and oversee onboarding, launches and local marketing to sustain strong growth and service.
