We're looking for a new Assistant Manager, who can lead shifts with energy, a positive attitude and commitment to getting the best out of people and delivering the best to our guests. You don't need to come with a management title already on your resume. What matters most to us is who you are, we can teach you the rest.

What you'll actually be doing:
- Leading shifts from the floor, not the office
- Supporting and motivating a diverse team during busy service
- Jumping in wherever needed - at the till, the kitchen, or on the floor
- Maintaining the high standards Dôme is known for - every day, every shift
You won't be thrown in the deep end alone. We provide structured training, ongoing coaching, and real support to help you grow into the role.
