We are a modern automotive business working on all makes and models of vehicles and specializing in automotive air conditioning seeking a highly motivated individual for a workshop management position.

About you:
- You are a fully qualified automotive technician or auto electrician.
- Trade qualification in automotive is required.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work unsupervised but in a team environment.
- You have a passion for excellent customer service.
- Clean and efficient worker.
- Reliable, punctual and fantastic work ethic.
- Diagnostic skills will be highly regarded.
- Air conditioning experience an advantage but not essential.
- You will be currently working as a light vehicle technician or in a workshop management role (e.g., service advisor / service manager).
- Minimum 5+ years experience as a light vehicle technician is required.
- Australian citizenship is required for this position.
