This full-time Trades Service Administration role is an exciting opportunity to join the dedicated team at National 1 Trades, based in Flinders Park, SA.
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting with scheduling and dispatch trades to customer job sites
- Talking with customers to understand their service requirements and coordinate timely resolutions
- Help maintain records of job progress and customer feedback
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and suggest process enhancements
- Collaborate with the broader team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Takes jobs through from set up to invoice
- Work with team members on the field to create and send off trade quotes
- Work with management to create efficiencies within systems and processes
- Assist with the accounting and general administration

- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and trade professionals
- Good skills with a computer with the ability to move swiftly to complete tasks
- Understanding of trade services, safety requirements, and industry regulations
