AT Jane Hair & Extensions is a brand-new luxury hair salon scheduled to open in mid-December 2026 at Earlville Shopping Town, Cairns. Our salon will specialise in professional colouring, hair extensions and premium hair services, with plans to use Wella Professionals products.
We're looking for talented, enthusiastic hairdressers who take pride in their work, enjoy achieving goals and love creating beautiful results for their clients.
What We Offer:
- $32 per hour (Monday–Friday)
- $48 per hour on Saturdays (1.5x)
- 15% KPI-based performance bonus

About You:
- Minimum Certificate III in Hairdressing
- Confident in cutting, colouring and styling
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passionate about hairdressing and professional development
- Motivated by achieving targets and delivering great results
- Positive, reliable and a great team player
- Committed to client satisfaction, rebooking and building a loyal clientele
- Experienced in hair extensions or willing to learn
No hair extension experience? That's absolutely fine! We're happy to help enthusiastic hairdressers develop their extension skills.
