Help customers with seafood selection and cooking advice.
Clean, scale and prepare fish to customer requirements.
Monitor freshness, quality and stock rotation.
Maintain a clean workspace and follow food safety procedures.
About you
Previous experience working as a fishmonger.
Sound knowledge of fish varieties and seafood handling.
Confident seafood preparation and knife skills.
Friendly, reliable and able to work efficiently during busy periods.
High standards of cleanliness and presentation.
