The Role and Duties
Supporting a senior Partner specialising in WHS, alongside diary management, court document preparation and inbox support, you’ll assist with coordinating events, preparing business development presentations, and supporting external training and client engagement activities. There is also an opportunity to get involved in digital marketing and multimedia content creation.
- Diary and email management
- Monthly billing and expenses
- Preparation of legal documents and court filings
- Coordination of events and training logistics
- Assisting with BD presentations and PowerPoint decks
- Supporting multimedia or digital marketing projects
- General administrative support across the wider team
About You
You are a career Legal Assistant with at least 3 years’ experience in a busy law firm environment. You enjoy the variety that comes with supporting dynamic leaders and are highly organised, adaptable and proactive. An interest in business development or digital marketing will be highly regarded, and you will thrive in a client-focused role with lots of moving parts.
