We are seeking an organised and proactive Product & Marketing Coordinator to join a well-established mattress manufacturing company. This varied, hands‐on role will support both the product and marketing teams across projects, product launches, market research, content, events and general coordination. It's ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities and working closely with internal teams, suppliers and external partners.
THE ROLE
- Working closely with the Director of Product & Marketing and wider team, you will:
- Provide day‐to‐day project and administrative support
- Coordinate product and marketing projects, tasks and deadlines
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Coordinate photography, digital assets and marketing collateral
- Assist with trade shows, product launches and customer events
- Manage and track Non‐Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Liaise with suppliers, agencies and internal stakeholders
- Assist with product documentation, data, budgets and invoicing
ABOUT YOU
- We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in coordination, administration, marketing or project support
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive and collaborative approach
- Experience with marketing content, events or supplier coordination is highly regarded
