Permanent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our ever-growing team based in Chipping Norton.

THE ROLE
This role will play an integral part in defining Assembly Now as a leader in bespoke services along the east coast of Australia.
You will be working closely with the State Operations Manager and play a key role in ensuring all warehouse duties are performed in line with operating procedures.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Vehicle loading and unloading.
- Accurate daily picking and checking stock.
- Stock management across the NSW warehouse.
- Effectively manage incoming and outgoing stock.
- Coordinate container unloading and returns.
- Ensure safety and compliance is observed and maintained across the site and safety plans and compliance are implemented.
- Monitor, review and improve performance and productivity of warehouse practices.
- Maintaining stock database and emails.
- Perform local stock collections and tip runs.

ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator.
- A team player with excellent customer service.
- Valid forklift licence & forklift operation experience.
- Valid drivers licence and ability to drive vans and small trucks.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Be reliable with great time management skills.
