We are seeking a highly capable **Business Systems Analyst** to join our Finance team and play a pivotal role in supporting, optimising and transforming our business systems landscape.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the administration, support and continuous improvement of our operational and financial systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders to enhance system utilisation, improve reporting capabilities and contribute to strategic technology and transformation initiatives.**What You'll Do*** Supporting and administering business systems including ERP, financial and operational applications* Managing system configuration, user access, security and data integrity* Identifying and implementing process improvements, automation and system enhancements* Gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into practical solutions* Coordinating system upgrades, testing, implementations and change activities* Developing reports, dashboards and business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Excel* Supporting business transformation projects, integrations and future system migration initiatives* Acting as a key liaison between the business, software vendors and technology partners**What You'll Bring*** Experience administering and supporting business systems in a finance, service or operational environment* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Experience with ERP, financial or business management systems* Exposure to system implementations, upgrades, testing or transformation programs* Advanced Excel and Power BI skills* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities* The ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously**Desirable experience includes:*** Simpro, IFS, TSM, DoForms, MYOB, Exact or similar systems* Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse or modern data platforms* Power Apps and Power Automate* Data governance, process improvement or business analysis methodologies* SQL, data integration or data modelling exposure**Why Join Us?**At ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, we believe in empowering our people to make a difference.
