Looking for something beyond a standard physio caseload?

We’re recruiting a Physiotherapist for a clinic-based role within an established specialist private practice in the Newcastle, Hunter and Central Coast regions.

This role has a specialist edge, spanning a mixture of vestibular, musculoskeletal, rehab and more. The ability to specialise across an area you’re passionate about, or keep the variety of a mixed caseload.

Whether you’re a couple of years in and keen to build new skills, or an experienced clinician ready for your next move in a specialist private practice, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

  • Assess and treat clients across musculoskeletal, vestibular, rehab, disability, sports and post-operative presentations
  • Manage a mix of presentations, with training available across specialist areas if new to you
  • Build individualised treatment and rehab programs grounded in evidence-based practice
  • Personal rapport building with regular clients.
  • Combine hands-on treatment with active rehabilitation
  • Work closely with GPs, specialists and other health professionals
  • Develop a special interest, or keep a broad, varied caseload
  • Take part in ongoing mentoring, job growth, education and professional development

Who we’re looking for

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Clinical experience in private practice, hospital, sports or a related setting (any mix is welcome)
  • An interest in specialist areas such as vestibular, musculoskeletal, sports or neuro rehab
  • Strong clinical reasoning, a love of problem-solving and being busy
  • Excellent communication and a natural rapport with clients
  • Motivated, compassionate and committed to quality care
  • Keen to keep learning and growing your skills

What’s on offer

  • Competitive salary, depending on experience and background
  • Full-time and part-time options
  • Specialist training and mentoring from experienced clinicians
  • A modern clinic with advanced assessment and treatment equipment
  • Strong referral networks with GPs, medical specialists and available caseload
  • Clear pathways to grow into senior roles and specialist areas
