Key Responsibilities
- Collect and transport pets from veterinary clinics professionally and on time
- Conduct home collections with care, empathy, and clear communication
- Deliver ashes to clients with dignity and respect
- Complete accurate documentation in line with client instructions
- Transport clinic supplies (brochures, body bags)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of clinic/freezer facilities
- Process client payments (cash, cheque, EFTPOS/credit card)
- Represent the business professionally at all times
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- Minimum 2+ year's customer service / client facing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emotional situations
