The Fortitudo Group has a portfolio of seven hotels, along with four attached drive-thru bottle shops and a network of detached bottle shops. About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a vibrant, creative and passionate Venue Manager to lead our team. The successful applicant will need to have exceptional management skills and experience in managing a fast-paced venue. A commitment to leading a team and driving exceptional customer experiences is a must.
Required Essential Attributes:
- Min. 3-5 Years experience in a similar role
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Manage all day to day venue operations including financials, rosters, wages, supplies, KPI's etc
- Outgoing energetic personality that thrives on customer interaction
- Organised and focused
- The ability to implement and adhere to policy and procedures
- Reliable and presentable
- Enthusiastic with a passion for the industry
- RMLV and Approved Managers Licence
Your drive to deliver a consistent high level of customer experience will be the key within this role. All whilst in leading the team to success through a hands-on approach teaching new skills and expectations to the staff, to help build a strong hospitality team with a focus on delivering exceptional service towards our customers is a MUST.
Reporting directly to the Group General Manager, you will be overall responsible for leading the team culture, customer experience and the compliant operation of the hotel.
