With over 80 staff across three depots—and growing, we’re proud to be one of Victoria’s leading arboriculture providers. We’re expanding our service delivery and seek additional Tree Workers & Arborists to join our Geelong based depot crews.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
- EWP operation for street tree pruning under electrical line clearance regulations.
- Responsive tree work for council clients after hours or during storm events.
- Tree pruning and removals in parks and reserves, making trees safe and enjoyable for all.
- Roadside vegetation management in rural areas ensuring safer roads.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for team players with a strong work ethic, interested in the Arboriculture industry, who take pride in their work and safe operation. We have a positive and engaged workplace culture and seeking someone who will contribute to this atmosphere and ethic.
Favourable Qualifications (not essential for the right applicants, we also start trainees):
- Prior experience with electrical line clearance pruning.
- Cert II in ESI (or willingness to obtain).
- MR Truck Licence.
- EWP High Risk Work Licence (over 11m).
- White Card.
- Cert III in Arboriculture.
