ROLE:
An exciting opportunity for a motivated, early-career Estimator to join a reputable construction contractor and build a strong career in estimating. You’ll be supported and mentored by experienced Senior Estimators while gaining hands-on exposure to the full tender process, working closely with a collaborative and supportive team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Senior Estimators in preparing tenders
- Complete quantity takeoffs
- Obtain and compare quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
- Follow up with trades to secure pricing within tender deadlines
- Compile and prepare tender reports
- Collaborate with the wider team throughout the tender process
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- A tertiary qualification in Construction (essential)
- A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take ownership of your tasks
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Strong analytical and/or financial skills (highly regarded)
- Experience with Cubit (advantageous but not essential)
- Full Australian working rights
