With a workforce of several hundred people across the group and a strong reputation for quality and consistency, the business continues to grow its volumes and capability. A standout feature of this organisation is its commitment to its people. The business has built a strong culture of developing talent from within, investing in formal training, qualifications and succession planning across its technical, quality and safety functions. This continued growth has created an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to take ownership of plant upkeep and engineering operations at their Coburg North site.

The Role

  • Partnering with Operations, Quality and Safety teams to support audits, compliance and continuous improvement
  • Managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, contractors and capital projects
  • Championing a continuous improvement culture focused on plant efficiency, effectiveness and reliability

About You

As the successful candidate you will have:

  • Experience with CMMS and preventative maintenance systems
