Aspect Engineering Solutions, has a long-term contract to operate and maintain a gold processing facility in Tennant Creek, NT. We’re seeking experienced and motivatedProcess Operatorsto join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate processing plant equipment: Milling, CIL, thickening, filtration, elution circuit & control room
- Operate mill feed loader when required
- Monitor and control process via SCADA system
- Conduct plant inspections, identify maintenance needs
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
What You’ll Need
- “C” Class Australian Driver’s Licence
- Previous experience in gold processing plant operations
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual tasks
- NPC clearance and full Australian working rights
- Solid understanding of process operations and SCADA systems
- Safety-first mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Confined Space, Gas Testing, Working at Heights tickets
- Forklift and Front-End Loader tickets
